• Sensory Items to Help Calm Their Minds and Bodies

  Your donations to my classroom are so appreciated! My students are students with exceptional needs and the addition of the sensory toys has been a wonderful addition to the classroom. When I added these sensory toys to my classroom, my students were so excited. My students are able to take sensory breaks and play with all the toys to help regulate their minds and bodies. After several weeks of having these toys, they are still their favorite toys to play with on their breaks.

  These sensory toys also help my students when they are struggling with behaviors in the classroom. The liquid tubes have been a favorite! My students play with these sensory toys every day!

  Thank you for contributing to my classroom. My district is a low income, title one district and many of the items in my classroom have to be purchased from the teacher. I appreciate your support in giving my students something that I would not have been able to supply myself. My students deserve so much and I appreciate your help in making this possible!”

• Positive Behavior Support Prizes for Elementary School

  Thank you for your kind support to the PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Support) program at our school. Our students strive to show positive behaviors while at school. To encourage these behaviors students are given points and get to go to the Dojo shop two times a quarter. With your support, we have been able to buy amazing prizes for students to enjoy! Your generous donation is greatly appreciated! Today when shopping at the Dojo store the students were so excited to see all the new prizes! This is thanks to you! My school greatly appreciates you! • Help My Special Education Students With a New Classroom Rug

  Thank you so much for supporting my classroom. My students love sitting on their new rug during our classroom read aloud books and community building times. During times of silent reading my students often choose the rug to sit on and enjoy their books. We appreciate your kindness and support in making our classroom a cozy place to learn and grow.

  My student are special education students in a title one school and when they go home it isn't always easy. I love that I can provide them a comfortable place to learn while they are here at school. I feel so blessed to be their teacher. Thank you for your kindness!”

• Flexible Seating in a Special Education Classroom

  Funded May 12, 2023

  Having flexible seating in our classroom has allowed us to learn and control our bodies. My students were so excited when they saw the many options of flexible seating. We have been able to sit on the bean bags during our independent work time. We move on the wobble stools when we are feeling a little hyper or anxious. The rocker seats have been a big hit and allowed the students to sit closer to the whiteboard during instruction. We appreciate the support in making our classroom a fun and engaging learning environment. Thank you for making this dream come true! I look forward to watching my students enjoy the flexible seating during the rest of the school year. Thank you so much!”
