My students were so excited when the package arrived at the school with the new materials! Even though I hadn't discovered donors choose until the end of the school year, I had also purchased a few of these items from my own pocket throughout the school year. The students in my community were very grateful to learn that not only was their teacher willing to support them in education, but also other donors that didn't even know them! This made my students feel special and that their education really matters.

Sometimes it is easy for public school students to take things for granted, but when I explained that everyone is rooting for them to succeed, including some incredible donors, it was very motivating. With the generosity of the donors from this website, we are so grateful to have received support for these kids who need it the most.”
