Up and at Em' in Math!

The moveable boards have been a blessing. My students love getting to collaborate with their peers on the boards. The engagement in extraordinary! We are working on talking to the entire class about their work. This some of them are not that comfortable with yet. But, they are trying. Some of them do not have the confidence yet to explain their thoughts mathematically to 27 of their peers. But they will get there.

I am developing more interactive lessons for students to practice their math skills in small groups. The boards are allowing me to be more creative and engaging with the students. The boards are also having a positive impact on me!”
