  • Can You Hear Me Now? No? Good!

    My class and I can't thank you enough for your support funding this project. A large number of students did not come with a set of headphones. This made our learning environment louder than I'd like. Students would easily be distracted by the sounds of other kids devices.

    Now that the kids all have headphones, scholars are able to work in a quiet environment. Scholars are able to focus more and stay engaged as they complete their online reading and math lessons. I also allow students select their seating while using the devices. Having the headphones allow such flexible seating options to run smoothly.

  • Organization is Key!

    I graciously thank you for making my life a bit easier when it comes to classroom organization!!!

    Having students store their independent math and reading games into the clear photo cases have made center rotation a lot more easier. It has helped keep materials organized and has made transportation less chaotic. I have scholars who enjoy helping cleaning up the classroom. They too find it helpful to clean up classroom centers using the photo cases.

    I also want to thank you for the book shelf. This item has truly made my life easier when displaying books. Kids gravitate to visuals. Having the books displayed where the cover can be seen makes book selection a lot more easier and quicker. I truly, truly appreciate having the book shelf in my classroom.”

  • Cozy Reading Corner

    My students and I truly thank you for your generosity!! My scholars were overwhelmed with joy when they saw the new beanbags in the classroom. I purposely did not let them know they were coming just so I could capture their reaction- It was PRICELESS!! The cozy beanbags have added a nice ambiance to the room and allowed students to enjoy reading a good book.

    You may be aware, some students struggle finding joy in reading. The beanbags have made their reading experience more positive. They request to read on the beanbags more frequently now. Again, I truly appreciate the support to help my scholars enjoy literature.”
