  • Fun Friday: Chalk Art Activity!

    Thank you for donating chalk for our students. We had a chalk art event where our students were able to use the chalk to express themselves. We played music while the students either danced or chalked art on the playground. We used the chalk to write positive messages around the school. The students had so much fun they asked to do it again. Luckily, you donated enough chalk for us to do this event again! It's wonderful to have donors like you that support our school and events. Little schools like ours have such a big need and you took the time out of your busy lives to support us. For that I thank you.”

  • Calming Area

    Thank you again for your donations to build our calming room. The students have been enjoying spending their time there and exploring with all the donated items. One of their favorites are the Harry Potter plushies. The plushies have been bringing comfort to them.

    When the students first saw the calming area they couldn't believe it was Harry Potter themed. I had mentioned to them before how it was my dream and it became a reality not only to me but to the students. They were very excited.

    The next step for my students is to start a Harry Potter book club. This will be geared towards my 3-5th grade students. I hope to one day also make this a reality for them.”
