Calming Area

Thank you for your contribution to the calm corner at Harrison Elementary. The calm corner has been set up and is serving as a quiet and safe space for our students to enjoy and utilize. It has been helpful to our students who are utilizing the space regularly. They frequently ask to utilize the space when they are having a difficult time coping. The books and various calming items have given the students various ways to practice coping and self-regulating their feelings in a positive manner. Thank you.”
