  • Learning English through Role Play in the Kitchen

  • Learning Language and Math at the Grocery Store

    This project has completely turned my classroom into the "fun classroom". Talk of the grocery store spread through the 1st and 2nd grade and I had many visitors at the end of each day before dismissal who all wanted to play with it even if just for 3 minutes! My ENL students absolutely loved it and I was able to put it in the rotation for centers where students practice speaking English as they would in any store. I was not anticipating that this would affect so many other kids in the school as well. Thanks for making the kids' dreams come true and making me the famous fun teacher! 😊”
