Calming Area: Keep Calm And Read

The calming corner has had a great impact on my students. The were curious about the new books, materials, and cozy furniture. They couldn't wait to read the books and some developed favorites that they would go to time and time again. In addition to learning to read, my students also began to learn to regulate their emotions and continued to develop a growth mindset to improve their reading skills. It made my classroom a favorite place to come to and learn to read. Thank you for this generous donation.”
