Colorado Preschool
Funded Sep 2, 2024Our students were so excited to receive all the wonderful materials, resources and toys you generously donated to our classroom! You will see the smiles on their faces and that should be enough to tell you how grateful we are for your support. We were able to use laminating pouches to make name practicing sheets that can be used daily, we have crayons and markers in all colors for excellent art work and colorful expression, we have camping toys to explore what it would be like to have an adventure in the wild. There are so many special items we are now using to stimulate their fine motor skills and stimulate their mind as well... Thank you again for choosing our preschool program to support!”

Preschool Learning Materials
Funded Aug 28, 2023First of all I could not believe how fast this request was granted! In less than 24 hours I had confirmation that my project was fully funded. I was excited to start collecting high quality materials and activities to share with my students.
Next, items began to arrive the following week and students were excited to open up each box as it arrived. Our most impacted students are loving the sensory materials like the fidgets and Kinetic sand. My architects and engineers are enjoying the unconventional manipulatives like the wooden "rocks" and rainbow wood puzzle pieces. All our students like the sorting materials and painting/coloring tools. We are all so grateful to have been able to benefit from your generosity! THANK YOU!”

Funded Dec 7, 2022My preschool students, staff and I are having fun interacting with each other using the materials you donated to us. Students are independently selecting puzzles, manipulative, and games from your donations and working together with peers as they play and learn. Art, writing, Math, turn taking, problem solving, sharing and communicating! All these skills are enhanced with the items from my list! As the boxes arrived, we opened them together as a class as I explained that Panda Express sent us these new items to have in our classroom community. They were SO excited to get to work. We all helped opening and explored each item. The following week they began to find different puzzles, manipulatives, activities and games from our deliveries and they continue to enjoy them. Our Next Steps are to focus on reading skills. I have several preschool students who have their letter sounds down and are ready to read! The items donated by you have helped ALL our students learn to be good citizens of our classroom community which has contributed to their attention during lessons which has contributed to many of them being ready to read. And for my more impacted students, these items have helped them regulate so they can begin to feel comfortable in their classroom and have begun to engage the general expectations alone with their typically developing peers. We are all happy with the results.”
