  • We Need a Fun Learning Class Environment

    Thanks for your big support to help our class receive a new rug. On the new rug, students play blocks and Legos daily. Block center is one of the most popular centers in the classroom. Everyday, students build different structures on top. We also have group meeting daily on the rug. Each student has a specific spot to attend the meeting. They also picked their favorite color or shapes.

    Our students were so excited to first hear we would have a new rug. When they first saw the new rug, they all love it and could not stop to play on top of it.

    Other materials we received are related to different units. For example, when we have plants unit, students will be able to play the gardening toys in the dramatic play center.”

  • A Better Playable Pre-k Class Need Supplies!

    Thanks for your kindness. You are always one of the biggest supporters that help our children grow. The kids love to use all these supplies during center time. These supplies have become one of the toys they played and used daily. Students learned various shapes and how to make a house using the supplies. The students also drew themselves, plants, and other things using the supplies. Our classroom became more playful for all students.

  • We All Love To Make Art and Crafts

    Thanks for supporting our class with wonderful art materials. Last month, our students used various colors to paint the plaster statues. They selected statues they loved and worked as a partner to discuss what colors they will paint on. They brought these status home to share with families.

    We also prepared a lot of art supplies in the art center for students to use daily. A lot of them mentioned their favorite center is the art center. They were proud that they could do wonderful drawings and make many beautiful art and crafts now.

  • Pre-K Comfort Center

    Thanks for your kindness. With more comfort toys and a big bean bag, students enjoy reading in the library more often. They like to read with their classmates and hold comfort toys while reading.

    There was a student who didn't know how to hold a book and flip the page. The student now loved reading and liked to share things the student learned from the book with others. Students always asked for a read-aloud during center time.

    Also, while students needed a break, the comfort toys became a tool to help them calm down. The library was also a peace corner for the student. Thanks again for your kindness.”
