Smoother Days Means Better Learning

Thank you for giving to my classroom! We have already put many of the items to good use. Many of the items such as the colored pencils, scissors, glue sticks, and cardstock have been used for different projects we have done in class. The Kleenex have been a lifesaver as flu and allergy season has rolled around. We used the post it notes for a writing activity that the students really got into!

My students were especially excited for all of the art supplies. They really loved the variety of colors they could choose from in the paper. Having so many choices in the supplies they could use took a lot of stress off of them. It allowed them to just focus on the project and not have to worry about getting the supplies to do it.

We are finishing out the semester by reading a novel. During this time, they will use the index cards to study their vocabulary and literary terms that relate to the novel. The index cards have been very helpful for the students that like to make flashcards to study and help them remember things. Thank you again for supporting my classroom!”
