A Well-Equipped Math Class is a Successful Math Class!
Funded Oct 23, 2024Thank you so much for your generous donation in helping fund my classroom! The clock has made time management much easier for myself and my students, and its bright digital display makes it easy to read as well. The new dry erase markers and flip chart markers have given us more colorful, fun options when doing whiteboard work and creating anchor charts.
The snacks have been tremendously appreciated by the students. While the students consistently eat their free school breakfast and lunch, their growing teenage bodies, and maybe situations at home, create space for students to get hungry continuously throughout the day. Thank you for helping me create food security!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Paulo

Funded Jan 26, 2024Thank you for contributing towards my student mailboxes! These mailboxes have helped my students organize their notebooks and papers in a far more streamlined manner. It also helps clear congestion when students grab their notebooks as they are not fighting to stand in line at a single milk crate. This has made our transitions even smoother!
Going forward, as my future students will be using binders instead of spiral notebooks, I will continue to use these mailboxes as a way to distribute materials to students. With a high absentee rate, this will help those students who are out of class by having all of their missed materials accumulated in one designated spot. This takes the weight of looking for missed paper work off of both my, and their shoulders! Now absent students will be able to catch up with class materials far easier.
It goes without being said that a teacher-funded classroom is far more accommodating and welcoming to students, so I thank you for helping me make my classroom not only more visually appealing, but more efficient and productive as well!”

Ms. Paulo
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!
Funded Nov 1, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donations. My students are able to work collaboratively much easier. I can place them in flexible groups and they can use a non-permanent surface to work together on math problems in a low-stakes manner. In addition, these whiteboards are great for students to create their own anchor charts. I also use these to work in small groups to differentiate the experience for all students.
With limited whiteboard space (just one), it was difficult sometimes as a math teacher, especially now that I teach several content areas across grades (Geometry, Algebra 1, Calculus). I now have more whiteboard real estate which is so necessary in the math classroom. Thank you so much!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Paulo
