Citizen Scientists: How Clean Is Our School’s Water

Mahalo (thank you) for your generosity. Thanks to your help, the students are able to complete various high-quality water monitoring experiments around our campus. Learning has come to life as these citizen scientists are checking the water quality of various faucets and sinks around campus and in our community. Several groups intend to submit their research as part of the annual local science fair. One group designed a new filtration system (see the soda bottle in image 2) as an attempt to filter the water in their classroom. The students are excited to learn and thanks again for helping us to make this possible.”
