Funded Nov 5, 2022My students and I are both ecstatic about our new learning materials. Our faces lit up as the games and resources were brought into our classroom. It is always a joy to share the gift of learning with students. Receiving these resources means that we can learn in so many different ways.
One specific plan I had for some of these resources was to use it to start facilitating small groups. Small groups give students the opportunity practice skills they've been working on and collaborate with their peers. So many of the resources we've been gifted have worked perfectly for this. The students have loved the friendly competition and practice they're receiving. One of my students' favorite activity thus far has been the marble run. The second they are done building their new masterpiece, they run to grab me so I can watch. They all work together to create an epic run.
