Putting It All Together!
Funded Nov 11, 2022Thank you for your generosity in funding our "Putting It All Together" project. These puzzles are essential in helping my student learn number sequencing, word and sentence structure, and so much more!
The puzzles are top-quality, well manufactured products which are holding up well to my students' tiny hands. My students love to "compete" with the clock to see if they can complete all of the puzzles within the allocated center time, and thereby increasing their skills as mathematicians and readers!!!
We use them in our STEM Learning Centers to also help develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and promote a sense of community while we are working in small cooperative groups. These puzzles have become a favorite among the learning manipulatives in my classroom!”

If You Build It...You Will Succeed!
Funded Oct 29, 2022Thank you for the wonderful Design Build Engineering Centers and Ten Frames provided for our classroom STEAM Centers.
My students love to design and build vehicles, bridges and buildings with the three engineering kits. They work together to plan and develop their projects, and they are always so proud of their accomplishments. These kits have provided the tools to help my students in cooperative groups to plan, organize, and construct many different types of structures in meaningful ways.
The ten frames are essential items during our Math Workshops to help my students understand the relationship between numbers and tangible objects. They love to model their math lessons with the ten frames and counters. These manipulatives have truly enhanced our learning objectives!
We are very thankful for these fabulous additions to our classroom STEAM Centers.”

Funded Oct 26, 2022Thank you for providing the white boards and markers for my students to learn and practice essential writing and math skills in the classroom. All of my students are so excited when it comes to "rug time," when they are able to complete the lessons on their very own white boards. My students love our routine of holding up their markers when they are ready to begin, holding up their white boards to show their work, and organizing and putting away the materials when the lessons are finished.
We use the lined side of the boards for handwriting practice, learning to write our letters, sight words and sentences. We use the blank side of the boards for our math lessons when we are able to draw and model our mathematical reasoning. These tools have become an integral part of our learning day – every day!”
