  • Let's Move Together

    Funded Aug 13, 2023

    Thank you so much for extending our classroom to the outdoors. We have had an awesome time building our muscles as we play and learn to share time on our bikes. It has added an excitement to the playground and we are growing in another area while learning a new skill. Some of my students do not have a bike, therefore, this is another experience we are able to offer. You provided helmets which add an extra safety factor to our day. As we learn about balance and how to peddle, we are also adding science to our day. Understanding about forwards and backwards and what requires our legs to do. Thanks again for making learning fun while practicing safety through play.”

  • Learn and Grow Here We Go!

    It has been a blessing to our classroom to invite children to learn through play. With the help of Donors Choose, we were able to create an environment that children are excited about and are loving to learn. They are learning by exploration, reading, conversation while they play and expand their knowledge. There are fine motor skills and large motor skills that are developing with the help of donated items from donors that understand the importance of learning.
