  • Pottery Time!

    We are again in full swing for the 2024 school year. Last fall you so graciously help support my pottery classes with aprons, turn-tables and handle making accessories. The new aprons have been well received by my students. The aprons have a split leg, so they keep clothes more clean than my previous stock. I forget sometimes after 28 years of teaching pottery that my students expect to have clean clothes when they leave my room unlike myself. The turn-tables and handle making accessories are used on a daily basis. It has been a blessing to have enough turn-tables for all my students now.”

  • Pottery Wheel Bats

    Funded Dec 5, 2022

    Your donations for new bats have been well received by my students. Students were helping me to unbox/open all of the Amazon packages so they could use them as the shipments arrived. The bats are being used by both my beginning and advanced students to create various forms on the pottery wheels. Beginning students have used them to create both cups and matching bowl sets so far. My advanced students have created tea bowl sets, lidded jars, along with a variety of other types of forms. I am looking forward to seeing what my students create next using their new bats!”
