  • New Gen Scientists

    Funded Dec 3, 2024

Since receiving the essential classroom tools, our students have engaged in transformative learning experiences that have greatly enhanced their understanding of marine biology. One specific project involved using new scientific equipment to conduct experiments related to oyster growth and environmental factors. Students worked in groups to measure water quality, analyze data, and explore how different conditions affect oyster health. This hands-on activity not only deepened their scientific knowledge but also helped them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

When our students first saw the new materials, their excitement was contagious. They were eager to explore the tools and immediately began brainstorming how they could use them in their projects. The enthusiasm in the classroom was palpable as students collaborated and shared ideas, fostering a vibrant learning environment. This experience has not only motivated them but also encouraged a sense of ownership over their learning.

Looking ahead, our next steps involve expanding our investigations into the life cycle of oysters and their ecological impact. Students will continue to use the essential tools to conduct experiments and gather data, culminating in presentations where they will share their findings with peers and the community. This project empowers our students to become advocates for marine conservation, and we are immensely grateful to our donors for providing the resources that make this educational journey possible!”

    With gratitude,

  • Science Classroom supportive items.

    Funded Mar 8, 2024

Thank you for the kindness that you expressed through the items. We can't thank you enough that you and your kindness can support our learning and make our youngsters learn effectively. The ink could help our students make their model and plan for their DNA learning because they use the color printer to print out parts of the DNA strands and make the compare strips for the DNA comparison. Students also benefit from all writing utensils as well as the sharpener. They are excited to use our printer to print pictures and DNA strips in many colors. They are so grateful to earn support from you.”

  • New Age Scientist (Development of Science inquiry)

    Funded Nov 8, 2023

Million thanks from the bottom of our hearts; we appreciate your kindness and support. Students are enjoying the materials that you provided us. They can develop their project and use them for learning in many ways.

Our community has so many ideas for us to investigate for our science experience. Our young scientists are curious and want to use the materials to try many approaches. They are so excited when I announce that we received our materials from our extraordinary donors. It was a joyful and cheerful moment that they got to use the new things to help their learning better. We will keep trying new ways of science and make our science experience the most enjoyable moment of our school year. Thanks again!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. PETRELA

  • New World Science and Innovative Learning

    Funded Feb 28, 2023

Thank you for your generosity in supporting our classroom; we are using the materials from your funding order to do many fantastic experiences. From the order, we used all tools to create our model and examined the elasticity of many objects when they collide. Students get to test various things and experience an incredible moment of the contact force and kinetic energy from different objects. When we received many boxes from the order piled up in our classroom, we announced to them that we would use all of the materials from the Donorchoos to learn our next unit. They were excited to hear that and were blessed to use and try new things. The following steps would be the following year's materials for the STEM and Life Science Unit, which students will require to explore more in labs, and the labs will need more materials to support their experiences.”

  • Our Eager Learners Are Ready to Solve Ever-Changing, Twenty-First-Century

    Funded Feb 10, 2023

Thank you again for your generosity in supporting our students' project; the resources from your donation made a tremendous experience for our young scientists. Our students encountered a great moment of science experience with chemical reactions and using the new tools to create their heat transfer project successfully. They used various objects from the program to design the homemade flameless heat pack and were able to provide each other feedback to develop their designs. They first received the news from the teacher about the funds we got and the new materials from our generous donors. Students were excited and looked forward to all items arriving and they can explore the fun. We are thrilled to announce our success to the whole school with our project, creating the heat to warm the food in real life without using fire. Students were able to accomplish the goal and success in their learning and in investigating the process of chemical reaction until the end of the design of the projects. Your kindness and generosity significantly impact our youngster experience in the science world. In our next step, we will use the data we have experienced to develop our next project to create more fun experiences in the next unit.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. PETRELA
