• Interactive Trivia Game Show Equipment

  Thank you for your donation to support a much loved project in our classroom! Students look forward to the Friday's where we play Mathematics Jeopardy and Trivia. The Trivia Set Equipment makes the activity just a bit more important and significant. By getting my students this equipment, has renewed their sense of learning and absorbing material throughout the week, so they can actively participate in the game and contribute positively! The engagement is astonishing!!

• Inquiry Based Literature Books for Mathematics

  The books that you have supplied for my mathematics course was AMAZING! Students truly enjoy lessons that are fun, creative and use skills from other disciplines. Reading is not always something that comes easily for everyone, and giving my students chances to see the material in different ways and interact with it outside of the normal day to day brings a sense of joy and accomplishment to my dream and purpose. Students look forward to those Monday's and/or Friday's where a mathematical story is part of the classroom instruction!

  The resources that you funded have been extremely useful in the classroom! Your donation of support to purchase Tablets for Differentiate Instruction for the 8th graders in my class to use and to learn from has made a huge success in their academic careers.

  With this donation, I was able to bring in a number of interactive centers into our REteach time. Students got to use them in QR Code games, a Black History STEM Leaders Research project, and timed Around the World Mission impossible activity. Students even used them for a Scavenger Hunt Escape room that got the whole school involved.

  IT is through these kinds of activities that provide significant learning experiences without the mundane boring-ness of paper and pencil activities.

  Thank you for your generous donations that helped support the purchase of

  Mathematical manipulatives and games for students in my class to interact and learn with. Being able to provide interactive materials that allows them to learn and progress without the need for mundane activities is a blessing.

  The pressure we face as educators to provide significant learning experiences is always at the forefront of my mind, and I can rest a little easier knowing that I have a small library of games and materials that I can pull from to support the great learning experiences I plan for my kids.

  I hope from their smiling faces in the pictures attached, you can see that every child no matter how big or small, enjoys the feeling of playing games and making progress too!

  The resources that you funded have been extremely useful in the classroom! Your donation of support to purchase Scientific Calculators for the 8th graders in my class to use and to learn from has made a huge success in their academic careers.

  With this donation, I was able to streamline computations, and to successfully show students an easier way of solving functions, square/cube roots, and exponents. These calculators eliminated the unnecessary multi-steps of solving these kinds of problems with a basic calculator and better prepared them for their State Testing Exams.
