Students used various online tools and apps to streamline event planning, from creating budgets and timelines using spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets to designing invitations and flyers with graphic design software. Social media platforms can also help with event promotion and communication.

Students found extension cords exciting because they're crucial for setting up electronic equipment at events, like sound systems, lighting, or charging stations. Having the right cord can ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our Chalk markers were exciting for students because they provide a creative way to decorate signage, posters, or chalkboards for events. They offered vibrant colors and are easy to work with, making it fun to personalize event decor.

Planning and creating their own events benefitting English language learners in several ways: It provides practical opportunities to improve communication, writing, and vocabulary as students interact with vendors, create invitations, and draft event plans.

Students learned about cultural aspects of event planning and gain insights into traditions, customs, and etiquette related to these occasions. Collaborative planning fosters teamwork and leadership skills, which are valuable in any language.
