  • Refreshing Our Sensory Space

    After set up of the space used with the materials received, the students were so excited!! They are thrilled at all of the resources that are available to them outside of the classroom when they are utilizing the break space. The room where the materials were used was a very dark, unwanted space in our school. Due to this project, the space was completely redesigned. The students love all of the fidgets that they can use. They also love the flexible seating such as the bean bags and lap desks.

  • Water Bottle Holders

    Thank you for your donation that made it possible for third grade students to have water bottle holders at their desk. Due to his project, we are able to provide each student with the water bottle holder to be attached to either their desk or chair. It may seem small, but having a designated, consistent place for them to put this item, it helps the students greatly. Many students often struggle with executive functioning and organization. This is a skill that third grade teachers find ourselves teaching, and this items helps us.”

  • Dry Erase Markers Needed

    Thank you so much for your generosity. Dry erase markers are a school supply that is used everyday, all throughout the day. This is a school supply that can add up in cost for myself and other teachers in my school, but it is crucial to instruction.

    When I told my students that someone had donated money to help pay for new materials for them, they were so amazed.

    All of the materials that were purchased through this project were used by the students. On behalf of myself and all teachers who get project funded through Donors Choose, we thank you for your generosity.”
