Funded Nov 30, 2022Mark Twain Elementary students had the opportunity to add creative lights to a drawing. They were introduced to electronics with "paper circuits." by using a few simple items; a coin battery, copper tape, a small binder clip, and tiny sticker LED lights called Chibitronic sticker LED lights.
Students placed the coin cell battery on top of the inner piece of copper tape (the one farther from the edge). They had to ensure the battery (-) was facing down on the copper tape. The corner flap (+) should then be able to contact the battery (+) when folded. The students drawing then come to life with light.”
