Developing a Tech-Savvy Generation
Funded Oct 3, 2022As soon as my students were informed about your donation, they were ecstatic! They have been motivated and encouraged to come to class with a new outlook and have been eager to participate in this new learning experience.
We are in the process of learning how to utilize the Cricut maker properly and effectively. Through extensive research and online tutorials, we began with simple and small projects first. We brainstormed ideas, developed a goal, and implemented an action. Though faced with challenges, we persevered and the outcome was rewarding! A quote by Scott Adams resonated with us throughout the process, "Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep."
As we continue to enhance our innovative skills, we are making strides to do bigger and better for our annual art show that is coming up fast!!
It has been a sheer joy observing my students bubble with excitement as they carefully craft out their vision through this device. As we harmonize our artistic abilities with the usage of technology, our students are beginning to envision the greater heights they can dream to achieve. Thank you for your generous gift and for playing a great part in shaping the minds of tomorrow!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Varughese
