Supplies for 6th Grade History
Funded Oct 3, 2022This project has impacted my students greatly. With these funds, students were able to create projects to show their historical knowledge. Bringing learning to life is what education is all about. With your help, I was able to do this with your students. They loved being able to create projects and I know this is something they will remember forever.

Ancient Mesopotamian Writing- Cuneiform on Clay Tablets!
Funded Sep 25, 2022Thank you for donating to our class project. The kids were so excited, and had so much fun with their clay writing experience. Because of your generous contribution to our class, our students were able to spend their class time in history drawing in clay just like the ancient Mesopotamians. This project was so successful and valuable to our students. Many students said that writing in clay was a challenge, and that they will appreciate writing on paper from now on! They also said this was an activity that they will never forget, which warmed my teacher heart. On Monday, I sent the clay tablets home with each student, so ask your student to see their cuneiform clay writing if you have not already. Thank you so much for allowing me to make this activity a reality for my students. We could not have done it without you!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Maggio
