  • Improving Mental Health With Gratitude Journals

    Funded May 5, 2023

    This year, our 6th-graders are putting their focus on gratitude! Due to your donations, every 6th grader was able to get a journal to write down what they are thankful for. The journals are blank and are able to be personalized. The students enjoyed creating them and making them unique. So far, the students have been adding to their journals and really enjoy sharing what they are thankful for. Research shows those who express gratitude are more optimistic and feel better about their lives. The journals have been a great way to grow relationships in 6th grade!”
