Funded Jan 26, 2024Your support has directly translated into tangible resources that are making a real difference in the lives of our students.
Here's how your generosity is making an impact:
Stress Relief and Fun: The playing cards you helped provide are more than just a pastime; they offer a valuable outlet for relaxation and social interaction, assisting students in de-stressing and building camaraderie.
Positive Reinforcement: The plush toys, slimes, headphones, and other fun items are being used as positive behavior incentives, encouraging students to strive for excellence and celebrate their achievements. These rewards create a sense of accomplishment and motivation.
Alternative Learning: The whiteboards and classroom materials empower students to explore math concepts innovatively and engagingly. By moving beyond traditional methods, we're fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the subject.
Since implementing these resources, we've seen a noticeable shift in student morale and engagement. Students are more focused, more positive, and more willing to participate. They find joy in learning, even when faced with academic pressures.
Your belief in our students has given them the tools they need to thrive. You've helped us create a classroom where students feel supported, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
We are deeply grateful for your partnership in making a positive difference in the lives of our students. Your generosity is an investment in their future, and we are committed to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Thank you for your unwavering support.”

Funded Oct 10, 2023Ever since you donated, my students have enjoyed their time in class playing games and having a bright outlook. My students loved the materials they received, and ever since, they have played the games during their free time. I have seen more laughter, more collaboration, and more interactions. As a teacher, it makes my heart full knowing my students have people who believe in them more than ever.
As we keep moving toward the end of the year, my students are excited to keep learning math and have made a positive connection within the classroom. They tell me every day how much fun they are having. The next step for my students is to give them autonomy in their learning and give them a different view of what math class is all about.
Thank you for ALL that you do.”

Travel to Mindful Paradise
Funded Mar 4, 2023I want to say that I appreciate the support you have shown me and my students by providing our project. It has honestly impacted our classroom in such a positive way that it brought us closer as a class that turned into a family. My students enjoyed the puzzles and the bean bags the best because they provided them a way to distress and step away from the realities of school work. For example, puzzles were used during our advisory period as a way for students to work together to create the picture it makes. Next, the bean bag became a popular attraction for students as it motivated them to get their responsibilities done before having a moment to relax.
The bean bag was used across all my classes, and it was a positive change that my general education co-teacher and I saw. It was a struggle to get the kids to want o do their work or feel motivated to keep going, yet the beanbag became that extrinsic motivator without us realizing it at first.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to help my students build their SEL skills; now that this school year is over, I am moving on to the next school year. I am hoping for my next project to be funded so that I can even more so create a class that is not the traditional form of it. My next project is called Re-Presenting the Classroom Setting.
I am hoping people can help me give my students desk chairs, shelving, workbooks, and other resources for an opportunity to reimagine how their classroom should be designed and operated while creating it to be safe for their academic and personal growth. Thank you again; I appreciate you so much.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Leleo
