  • Math Fun

    Thank you so much for the donation of math materials to our 3rd grade classroom. We so appreciate it!

    We have been busy using the dry erase boards for making arrays and beginning our understanding and practice of multiplication. They are very helpful in our daily lessons in creating and understanding equations by using an array.

    Also, we had the opportunity to celebrate the end of 1st quarter and had some fun playing Bingo! The teamwork and effort that went into this fun was so nice to see. So many didn't even realize all of the learning that was going into playing the game.

    Thank you so much for allowing my students to have more books available to them at their level! They have enjoyed the variety of topics and are excited at the number of choices they have when selecting books for their independent reading time!

    Many of them have recommended books to other classmates and are encouraging each other to try books that may be challenging to them. They are finding success and improving their reading skills!

    We are continuing to work on effective strategies in small reading groups to help all of our students grow as readers!”
