Base 10
Funded Feb 12, 2025Thank you so much for your financial support.
Funding this project for my students has had a very substantial impact on the learning taking place in my classroom.
The students are able to use the base then blocks to help them visualize the value of numbers. We use them to build numbers as well as adding and subtracting numbers from 1-100.
The copy paper you provided is used for homework, practice math worksheets, exams, reading passages, writing, drawing etc
Without your contribution these supports would be much more difficult for me to do.
My students and I are so grateful for your generosity. It's people like you that make the world a better place.”

Books Are Fun
Funded Mar 25, 2025Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom library.
My students will be so excited when they see all the new books we are getting.
I have also selected multiple leveled books, so all of my students can enjoy the gift of reading regardless of their reading levels.”

Funded Sep 18, 2024Thank you so much for your generous donation.
The most important item I received for my students were headphones. We use technology quite often in the classroom to support both the reading and math curriculum. The headphones that the students were using were broken. Either they couldn't hear well through them or the cushion around the ear fell off. My students were constantly complaining that they couldn't hear or that they're ears were hurting. They wanted to take the headphones off instead of enjoying the time with the laptop. Thanks to you my students are now enjoying their technology time.”

Funded Feb 8, 2023Thank you so much for your generosity. Your donations were greatly appreciated.
My students worked hard all year to earn points for positive behavior and academics. They were so excited to see all the choices of prizes they could redeem their points for. They now have a choice of bouncy balls, army men, sticky lizard, small purses, eraser tops, bracelets, and popup toys. I wish you could've seen the expression on their faces when I opened the box.
Besides rewarding the students, these prizes also helped me teach math. I assigned a different amount of points for each prize. Students needed to figure out how many points they needed in order to "buy" multiple items.”

Funded Dec 12, 2022Thank you so much for contributing to funding the ink cartridge for my school printer.
Your generosity has enabled me to print worksheets that are tailored to my students specific needs in reading and math especially.
Being a title 1 school my first grade students were not provided with workbooks for spelling, phonics, vocabulary or grammar. Everything is on the smartboard (computer). Students need to work individually on paper to practice their skills and review their work. It is very difficult for students at the age of 6 to look at a screen and absorb all the information. They need to practice the skills on paper which you have provide.
You also gave me the ability to print out homework sheets. Sending these sheets home allows the parents to work with their child on their educational goals. When student work with their families, they understand that education is important and will strive to improve as much as they can.
Thank you again.”

Practice Makes Perfect!
Funded Sep 20, 2022Thank you so much for donating to my classroom printer. Having this printer allows me to find worksheets online that cater to my students individual needs. It also allows me to make copies of worksheets and student work for portfolios.
Students like having the printer/copier because they can easily make a copy of their work to take home and show their families, while at the same time leaving one copy of it in their classroom portfolio.
Our new reading program came without hard copies of workbooks, leveled readers, and teacher guides etc. Everything is exclusively online. My students are 6-7 years old. Students at this young age need hard copies of books and worksheets that they can work on.
Having this printer has given me peace of mind knowing that I have immediate access what my students need without hesitation. Thank you so much.”
