New Classroom Supplies!
Funded Sep 23, 2024On behalf of the students in my 1st grade class, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for your generous donation to fund the purchase of a new classroom printer. Your contribution has already made a profound impact on our educational environment, and we are excited to share the positive difference it is making.
Since the printer was installed, it has become an essential tool in supporting both teaching and learning. My co-teacher and I now have the ability to quickly print out lesson plans, assignments, and study materials that can be customized to meet the diverse needs of our students. This has greatly enhanced the efficiency of our classroom instruction and enabled us to provide a more engaging and effective learning experience.
For our students, the printer has opened up opportunities to engage in creative and interactive projects. From printing research papers and presentations to producing visual aids for class activities, the printer has empowered students to showcase their work in new and meaningful ways. It has also made group projects easier to coordinate and share, helping foster collaboration and teamwork.
Additionally, the printer has helped alleviate the strain on limited school resources, ensuring that we have the tools we need to give every student the best possible chance to succeed. In a time when educational budgets are often stretched thin, your support has made an invaluable difference.”

Extra Love for 2nd Grade!
Funded Sep 27, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donations and for helping my second-graders! This project was all about supporting the learners in my classroom who need a little extra support. A few of my students have ADHD and have difficulty sitting in their chairs during the school days, but with extra support such as the wiggly cushions and foot bands, they are able to get some of their wiggles out and concentrate more!
My students were so grateful to receive these materials and there was a little something for everyone! My school is a Title 1 schools and many of students families do not have the money to buy supplies. We were able to buy crayons and markers due to your generosity! They were SOO excited about this and also in shock that someone would donate these supplies to them.
Thank you again for making this happen! We are so grateful for your support.”

Future Readers of America
Funded Sep 19, 2022My second-grade students are so grateful to have a library full of books to choose from! Our current reading curriculum emphasizes student choice and has students apply newly learned concepts to their own independent reading books each day. We are currently working on learning all about non-fiction books and becoming experts on a topic area. Prior to receiving this donation, my classroom had very little options to choose from especially non-fiction. Now, my students are able to become experts on more than one topic! They've choose to read about animals, weather, and so much more!
In my classroom of 32 students, my students each have a book baggie in their desk which consist of 3-5 books. This was all made possible by the donations from this project! Each week the students "book shop" for new books and are able to look through the book bins for books that are on their reading level and are of interest to them.
This project allowed for my classroom to have a leveled library, which is important since all of my students are on different reading levels. I have students who are reading on a kindergarten reading level and students who are reading above grade-level. With this leveled library, students are able to find interesting books on their level and not be discouraged if they aren't reading what their peers are!
Thank you so much for your generosity and for giving my students this opportunity! It means so much.”
