A New Year a New Carpet

We are so excited about this new carpet we are getting! Thank you so much for supporting our classroom community with this much needed new carpet! Our present rug is soiled and way too small. It has hard to remove stains from years of previous use (prior covid). Even after trying to shampoo and unsuccessfully remove the stains, students do not look forward to meeting at the carpet. This new carpet will bring a renewed sense of purpose and entice our students to come to the carpet to learn and build our classroom community. We can’t wait to hold our rich conversations and mathematical discourse at our new, large and beautiful carpet. It will not only provide us with a comfortable place to sit and work but also add to that feeling of warmth and a nurturing environment that all kids deserve. Again, thank you so much for your contribution! This couldn't have come at a better time! Just today, our students were mentioning the carpet and can’t wait until it gets here so they can read their wonderful books on their new beautiful rug. Thanks to people like you who see the importance of supporting our schools and kid, this will not be a dream but a reality!”
