• Becoming a Great Writer and Reader

  Thank you again for your generosity towards our project of becoming a great writer and reader. The Doodles Help Handwriting books really help the kids form the letter in a correct format and creative way while also having fun. It helps them use a different part of their brain while also learning a lifelong skill. Having these books available for students in our writing and letter tables really gives them a fantastic way to show their creativity with also working towards this skill. Thank you again for your support and generosity towards our classroom.”

• A Love of Reading

• STEM Materials for 4k

  Funded Jan 12, 2024

  I wish you could have seen the faces of the students when they walked into our room with the many new and fun STEM items. These items are so helpful with so many things across the board. Fine motor, gross motor, math and language. You name it it helps.

  Because of your donation the students are able to have more STEM items to broaden their thinking and learning. Having those items in our 4K preschool class has let them be able to be more imaginative with their classmates. They are learning to also take turns and be patient with one another. I love seeing them really get into the theme, playing with one another and learning through their play.”

• Dramatic Play and Games

  We change themes each week and at times it's hard to have enough items for all the students to be able to play with that go with the theme. Because of your donation the students are able to have more themed base play that goes along with our theme for the week.

• Sensory Bins and Table Centers

  Thank you so much for your generous donations to our Sensory bins and table centers project. The table center games really make for a fun learning environment where the students get to rotate from one table center to the next. The students are working together to figure out the game or activity. They are problem solving, communicating, investigating and exploring all while having fun.

  You donation has given our classroom fun. Without your donation the flow of the centers and the activities would not be the same.”

• Learning Through Exploring

  Thank you so much for your donation to our classroom. The items that your donation went towards has helped with a lot. It has saved me time not having to laminate everything and instead be able to slide the forms into the erase pockets for them to complete our seat or table centers.

  The students are able to work more as a rotating centers group with the amount of choices they now have. The students love the writing stations and the tracing stations. Being able to write on the eraser pockets is so fun and great for their fine motor.”

• Organized Classroom

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. These items have truly helped my student focus and be engaged in the classroom. At carpet time it really helps my students know their boundaries for their bodies. I have a few students that just had a hard time sitting at the carpet and the cube chairs have really helped them be able to participate and focus on our lessons. These have also given my students a place to go to have big body movements to calm themselves and get them ready to come back to the classroom ready to learn. The cube table and chairs have been used as a place of table work and table centers where they can have a smaller group and work more quietly.”

• Calming Our Bodies And Minds
