  • Imagination in Action: Upgrading Our Dramatic Play Center!

    Funded Sep 18, 2024

Thank you so much for funding our project, Imagination in Action: Upgrading Our Dramatic Play Center! The market stand, workbench, and tools have brought so much excitement and creativity into our classroom. These new additions have quickly become favorites, providing our preschoolers with opportunities to explore imaginative play, practice important skills, and engage in collaborative learning.

When the materials arrived, the children were thrilled! They eagerly unpacked the boxes and began exploring right away. The market stand turned into a bustling farmer's market where they practiced counting, role-played as shopkeepers and customers, and developed their social and language skills. The workbench and tools sparked their imaginations as they worked together in a "construction zone," solving problems and creating pretend projects.

These resources have transformed our learning environment, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and skill-building. The joy and engagement they bring to our daily activities are priceless, and none of this would have been possible without your generosity. Thank you for supporting our classroom and helping my students thrive!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Dupaya

  • Nurturing Early Learners Through Engaging Activities

    Funded Feb 17, 2024

I am thrilled to share the incredible impact of your generous donation. The moment we opened the packages with the children, the classroom was filled with excitement and anticipation. Their enthusiasm was palpable as they eagerly reached for glitters, pompoms, pipe cleaners, paints, and jewels. From creating glittery and colorful representations of their names to painting toy cars and adorning picture frames with jewels, each activity not only sparked creativity but also built their confidence and pride in their creations.

Your support has brought about more than just fun learning experiences; it has been instrumental in enhancing educational engagement and fostering a nurturing environment where creativity thrives. These art projects have not only improved their fine motor skills but have also been a wonderful way for the children to express their individuality and emotions. Thank you for your belief in the potential of our students and for providing them with the resources to explore and grow.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Dupaya

  • Fueling Creativity: Art and Craft Supplies for Preschoolers

    Funded Apr 3, 2023

With your generous support, we were able to provide a diverse range of art and craft supplies, from kinetic sand to metallic markers and modeling clay. These resources have turned our classroom into a dynamic creative space where imagination knows no bounds. One standout moment was our "Sensory Art Extravaganza," where students enthusiastically delved into these new materials, sculpting imaginative creations and fostering collaborative play.

We plan to integrate these materials into our daily curriculum, promoting fine motor skills, problem-solving, and emotional expression through art projects like a collaborative mural project. This project has kindled a genuine passion for creative exploration among our preschoolers, and we are committed to nurturing their development through ongoing art and craft activities. Your support has empowered us to create a stimulating and enriching learning environment, enabling our students to experiment, create, and express themselves freely. We are profoundly grateful for your contribution in providing this invaluable experience to our young learners.”

  • Preschool Memories: Building a Lasting Foundation

    Funded May 25, 2023

The project has made a profound difference in our preschool community. With the help of your donations, we were able to host a memorable end-of-year celebration where students proudly wore their personalized t-shirts, fostering a strong sense of identity and belonging. The joy and pride in their eyes were unmistakable. The picture frames provided a way to preserve their precious memories, creating a beautiful "Memory Wall" that symbolized their growth and friendships throughout the year. These tangible reminders have left a lasting impression, shaping positive attitudes toward learning and school.

Looking ahead, we are building upon this positive momentum, nurturing a sense of community and pride in our preschoolers. We plan to incorporate memory preservation into our curriculum, encouraging students to creatively reflect on their experiences. The picture frames will continue to play a role, helping students capture their journey as they progress through their preschool years. Your generous support has not only created unforgettable moments but has also set the stage for ongoing educational and personal development. Thank you for making a meaningful impact on our students' lives.”

  • Nurturing Social-Emotional Growth in Preschoolers Through Books

    Funded Apr 2, 2023

Thank you so much for helping with our project, "Nurturing Social-Emotional Growth in Preschoolers Through Books". Your big hearts and kindness are making a big difference in the lives of little kids and families. Because of your help, we're able to do something unique for preschoolers – we're using special books to help them understand and share their feelings.

I want to tell you about a particular book we used, called "Our Class is A Family." My main goal in the classroom was to create an environment where my students feel safe to express themselves and truly be who they are. I wanted them to know that our classroom is a place of love, care, and respect. Embracing each other's unique qualities and forming strong bonds was important to me. "Our Class is a Family" beautifully addresses all these aspects. Considering how much time we spend together as a class, with teachers and classmates, we experience a variety of moments – making mistakes, learning, seeking help, having fun, and more. This book became a cornerstone in establishing our own set of expectations for our class family. It became the favorite book of the class.

Thank you for helping us do this wonderful thing. You're making a big difference in these little hearts.”

  • Sensory Materials for Extraordinary Preschoolers

    Funded Nov 3, 2022

Thank you very much for your generosity. We have been able to implement a new project in our preschool classroom that is making a real difference for our students, particularly those who require social-emotional support. Our new sensory materials and sensory-themed bins are being used in a variety of ways to help students deal with their thoughts and feelings so that they can be successful in school and life.

When the students first saw the new materials, they were very excited and eager to explore them. The different textures, colors, and shapes of the materials have been a source of endless fascination and discovery for them. They have been using the materials for a wide variety of activities, from sensory exploration to fine motor practice. We have also been using them during circle time, where we incorporate them into games and activities that help the students develop their social-emotional skills.

Looking ahead, we are excited to continue using these materials to help our students develop the skills they need to be successful in school and life. We are also exploring ways to expand our use of the materials and incorporate them into new projects and activities. We are grateful to our donors for making this project possible and for their support in helping our students reach their full potential.”

  • Color and Preserve Our Preschool World!

    Funded Sep 5, 2022

I am very excited to inform you how the printer and laminator changed our preschool life. The HP DeskJet printer and laminator have brought so much color and learning to our classroom. We were able to print our weekly letter worksheets and sign-in sheets and have already motivated our preschool students to identify letters and write their first names!

Whenever we have art projects or drawing activities, most of my students ask if they can take their artwork home. In previous years, I told my students to wait because we want to display their artwork in the classroom for a certain time. Some of them get disappointed. This year, however, is different. I make color copies of their drawings, laminate them, and give the originals to them to show to their families. They are so delighted to see their projects duplicated. One particular student who was not fond of drawing started spending more time in the art area, asking me to make colored copies of his work so he could show them to grandma.

In addition, we created several books inspired by the children's favorite stories. I made colored copies, laminated the pages, compiled them into books, and displayed the finished products in our library. Because they are laminated, these books can also be read and used by our future preschoolers.

Since we had the printer and laminator in our classroom, I was able to print colored visuals, certificates, and learning materials any time I need one. Once again thank you for supporting our students and their work in the classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Dupaya
