Students in my classroom come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed or need to excuse themselves from class for a small break. When in my classroom, they are able to bring their minds and bodies to a calm state to return to their learning environment to learn to the best of their ability. Students also spend time in my classroom as a reward for their outstanding behaviors in class. Each student on campus knows they have a safe space in my classroom to discuss their feelings as well as process through them to be a better learner while at school.

About my class
