Help me give my students snacks to feed their hungry bellies! As the end of the year approaches, we are getting closer to California state testing. These snacks will help special education students focus on preparing and taking these assessments.

Essential Supplies & Fidgets
Help me give my students essential classroom supplies. Our district faces school closures and budget cuts. Help my special education students by providing supplies and fidgets, ensuring they have the necessary tools to support their learning and success.
My students and I are using these new resources in a variety of different ways. Just today we used the English phonics language arts skills posters alphabet wall chart when going over our ABC's with a word, sound and name. Another group were sounding out words using the vowel team poster. We use our expo markers daily so it has been great to have enough usable expo markers for grades 2-6 when writing problems on their whiteboards or using the markers to count on their hundred or multiplication charts. When my students first saw the materials they were ecstatic. One sixth grader even asked if she could pick the border design for our sound wall as shown in the photos attached. My younger kids (2nd-3rd) LOVED the expo markers and seeing our bucket filled with usable markers since we use them with our whiteboards, hundreds chart or multiplication charts when counting. I have been working on vowel teams and silent "e" with two of my third graders so I showed them decodable worksheets and they were also ecstatic. Next steps for my students on a current lesson would be continuing on phonemic awareness with vowel teams, digraphs, blends, magic e, bossy r which is posted on my sound wall thanks to our wonderful donations. Just today I was able to use my pointer stick to grab the students attention to look at our sound wall to help students blend words and sounds together from the English phonics language arts skills posters alphabet wall chart. Thank you so much again, your donations have been amazing and all used immediately.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Will
