  • Exploring, Traveling and Having Fun!

    Thank you very much for your generous donation of the vehicle toys for the transportation unit. Playing with vehicle toys can benefit children in many ways, including problem solving skills, interactive and creative play.

    My students had so much fun using the trucks and other construction vehicles during choice time. They use their imagination to create and design different types of vehicles and they were able to role play different scenarios where they pretended to be traveling to different places.”

  • Dreams, Colors and Stories Everywhere!

    Thank you very much for your generous donation. Since I received the materials, my students have been very excited evey time they use them.

    The students are using the playdough on a daily basis using their imagination to create numbers, shapes, letters and most importantly stories about them. The markers have been used to illustrate the stories. While they are having fun with their creations, they are also building important skills, such as fine motor and pre-writing.

    Students have been encouraged to use pretend play to create different scenarios like for example a friend's birthday, a special celebration etc.

    Thank you for your generous gift to my prekindergarten classroom. My students and I are very thankful for your donation of a color printer, which is an important tool in in the early educational classroom.

    The printer has been used to print manipulatives to support student's learning and also the vocabulary that goes along with each of the units. I was able to create colorful charts and interactive games. This was very beneficial for my students as many of them are visual learners.
