Learn, Live, Love
Funded Sep 3, 2022Thank you so much for your donations to our classroom. My students appreciate the supplies you helped donate to our classroom and the students in Arizona. The students in my class were so excited to see the supplies that you helped purchase for our classroom. They were so happy see the headphones for each student. They were amazed to each get headphones, whiteboard, makers, erasers, and folders. We are thankful you were able to give to our classroom and to the students in our community. Thank you for making this a successful school year.
The students in my class are benefiting from your donations daily. The supplies you helped donated to our classroom and students in our community are helping them be successful in class. The students are using the STEM kits to complete STEM challenges within the kit. Students are collaborating and using the STEM kits to engineer different models in the kit. The students in my class are using the class set of headphones daily. The students use the class set of headphones on their laptops to work on educational apps and learn so much more. The children are working with their whiteboards, markers, and erasable pens in class to participate in whole group lessons and to solve equations during math. Students use the whiteboards and markers to practice writing sentences and spelling words. My class utilizes the balls during recess and P.E. to play games. They love the balls, especially the pump. We can pump up the balls each time the ball gets a little flat.
The students my class recently used some of the supplies you helped purchase to complete a project on the solar system. We learned about the solar system and the order of the planets in class. The students learned facts about each planet within our solar system. The students created a model of the solar system with a partner in class. The solar systems the students created came out wonderful. We displayed the solar systems in the hallway for all the other student to see. The students in my class were proud to show the other students in our community what they learned.
The prizes from the prize box help motivate and inspire the students to complete their homework and reading activities at home. With the motivation and inspiration from the prizes, they are completing their homework and reading activities at home. They come to school excited and proud to show me they have complete the activities and are ready to get their well-deserved prize. As they complete the homework and reading activities at home and school, the students in my class are getting better at reading, writing, and math. Their reading and math skills are improving because they are motivated to learning, work, and earn prizes.
All of the donations you helped to purchase for our class make learning fun. We are truly thankful for all the supplies your donations helped to purchase for our classroom and for the students in our community. We are grateful for your help. Thank you for making this a successful school year for my second graders.”

Funded Mar 15, 2022My students are using the resources donated by Donor's Choose donors. We appreciate your support. Because of you, our classroom has a new carpet for all the students to sit on together. Our students use the new classroom carpet for so many activities. The students partner read on the carpet area. We gather for read aloud time and mini lessons on the carpet. It's is a beautiful area to work on. The students observe the insects and arachnid models donated by donors just like you. The real insect models amaze them. We use the dry erase boards for class participation, mini lessons, and writing during lessons. The students use the dice for math centers. They have so much fun rolling and adding number on the dice together. All of the items the donors purchased will be used for several years to come. Thank you for helping our students. We appreciate your support.”
