• Boom, Boom, We Need a Magical Carpet for Our Room!

  How AMAZING are you all???!!! This new carpet as rejuvenated our spirits and the love we have for our classroom and of course the generosity of the Donors Choose community!

  We are so happy to have a new carpet to spend time in our community circle, for flexible seating, for spreading out to do our work, and just a space we like to hang out on. We have already assigned who will clean up the carpet for the next 4 weeks- if that's not excitement then we don't know what is???

• Snacks Help Us to Power Up!

  With this important project being funded, I have been able to give my students snacks to give them the energy and stamina to continue throughout the school day. We have so many projects that we are currently working on such as: Habitats- a Science based project, Lunar New Year- a Social Studies project, and a Vision Board project too.

  We spend so much time working that having a snack helps my little guys power up and continue to work without feeling hungry. It takes a lot of generosity from our Donors Choose community to make dreams come true. Thank you all for being amazing and showing my students that people truly care about them.”

  Thank you sooooo much for helping us to get the full funding for this project! Since receiving the materials e have created many cover pages, classroom projects, and family photo frames.

  We truly appreciate all the art materials and we love to use them often especially the flair pens and markers. We enjoy using them to decorate and make up our own designs on all the cool paper we have now. We are very lucky, grateful, and thankful. for donors like you that helped to make our art dreams come to life.

• It's Art That Fills Our Hearts!

  Thanks to generosity of the DonorsChoose community my students were able to continue being creative and do so in COLORS!

  It has been such a relief knowing that we have the colored pencils.markers, and the rest of our art supplies to let our creative thoughts thrive each and every day. The smile on the faces of my students was so heart-warming. They come to school ready to learn and ready to do their best artwork.

• Cultural Masks From Around the World!

  I am so appreciative to all the members of the DonorsChoose community. The generosity in this community is beyond compare. My students were speechless at receiving the plaster of paris, the paints, etc. We are researching our countries and will begin to paint our cultural masks quite soon.

• A Stroke of Art Sparks it All

  Wow! Thank you all so much for your support and helping fund this project! My students were ecstatic to hear they will be able to continue coloring and creating art. Art has helped many of my English Language Learners to express their ideas with confidence! We are also very excited and can't wait to receive glitter paints. The children can hardly wait until the new easel so they can paint their masterpieces! Most of all I'm excited to showcase their work.
