  • Expansion to a Better Learning Experience

    First and foremost I would love to thank you so much for your support and donation to our classroom. The materials that we were able to receive from Teachers Pay Teachers because of your donation truly helped me provide students with differentiated materials for each other their individual needs. The materials that were purchased were hands on, specific to their learning needs and helped provide different materials for each month/season. This helps students with engagement and excitement into their learning.

    The material that was used focused in the areas of mathematics, English Language Arts, and social/emotional learning. These areas are not always the most "fun" for my students because it is not something that comes easy to them. Being able to provide a hands on experience through the different material students were more excited and willing to participate in projects and their learning. They enjoyed many of the seasoned materials that matched holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc) and seasons (Fall, Spring, Summer, Winter). My students can get bored of the same thing everyday so being able to change things up each month and season or even holiday truly had a great impact for them in their learning. So thank you for helping my students and I.”

  • Technology Creating Interactive Learning

    First and foremost I would like to thank you so much for your donation to purchase a tablet to utilize for my small group lessons. I use the tablet for my lessons to show visuals and slides that are meaningful to the content the students are learning. The tablet allows me to access videos, music, and additional materials to show the students and help support them to follow along. As you know kids love technology and having these additional visuals from the tablet helps students stay engaged and follow along with stories being read aloud and follow the lessons being given. This has also helped me create lessons more engaging and interesting for students. It has helped me in professional development meeting to take notes and have easy access to online materials. I am very grateful for your help in making me a more effective teacher in the classroom.”
