  • STEM and More!

    I would like to began by saying thanks so much for your donations to my class project. My students and I are so grateful and the new resources that were purchased are so beneficial to our classroom world. First, the chair sacks allows students to store unfinished activities, items, and/or materials inside their individual chair sack. This gives students the opportunity to come back to stem projects, classwork, and other activities easier (not waiting on the teacher to pass out). Also, the rolling chair helps me to roll to individual students to assist or guide personally. Our class uses the interlocking discs set for STEAM group activities.

    Many students were so excited as the Amazon items arrived to the classroom. As students received their individual seat sack, several students rearranged their work station to fit their needs. Also, as students work cooperatively in the learning station, they showed excitement using the interlocking disc set.

  • Class in Color!

    On behave of my students and I we would like to send a virtual hug to everyone that made a donation to this project. Without your donations, bring color to our classroom setting wouldn't be possible. Students are now able to better describe the pictures they see in color and use more texture/description words as they now can see a clear picture. The color printer will also allow us to print class pictures to send home and/or to proudly display in the classroom. Having a color printer in the classroom is essential in this day and age to help students express their creativity through technology.

    All the students enjoy working with color however my students with special learning needs benefits the most. These students are visual learners and printing teacherable items in color allows them to better understand concepts.
