• Expo Markers Make Math More Fun!

  With your generous donations, the wish became true with the purchase of expo markers. With these awesome expo markers, I was able to bring the engagement drive back alive within my students as they finally can write on their huge interactive whiteboard tables. Like I mentioned, expo markers surely not only make learning more fun but an essential tool to improve their visual learning experiences as Deaf person.

  This may sound corny but I will never forget the faces my students made when they received the brand new expo markers. They forgot how dark and rich black ink expo markers can get when they write on a whiteboard, as they typically get the "dying" expo markers.

  Once again, thank you for making a difference in my Deaf Education classroom. With your bountiful donations, the classroom learning dynamics shifts by ten folds positively. I will ensure my students acknowledge where and how we got expo markers. With their acknowledgements, I hope they will pay it forward to make education a better place to learn.”

• Exciting Math Lessons + A Devoted Teacher = Engaged Mathematicians

  With your generous donations, the wish became true with the purchase of an "All Things Geometry" curriculum with an activity bundle curriculum. With these amazing bundles, I was able to enrich the learning environment with exciting activities and support my students with their learning needs with visual mathematics notes and mathematics videos with accessible captions. Typically, my students would show up to the classroom dreading to learn new math lessons. But as of right now with bundles, they seem to be more exciting as everyday looks differently with activity provided along with visual notes/homeworks.

  With the bundle, I was also able to support my students in the classroom and/or virtually. The bundles made everything possible for all students digitally due to mathematics videos and breakdown instructions in notes included.

• Math Garden Tower

  With your generous donations, the wish became true with the purchase of "Math Garden Tower" equipment (Aerogarden FarmXL) with Aerogarden miscellaneous items such as salad seed kits, nutritious packages, etc. With these amazing bundles, I was able to enrich the learning environment with exciting activities and support my students with their learning needs. Math can be fun if we look at math at different approaches. Typically, my students would show up to the classroom dreading to learn new math lessons. But as of right now with garden towers placed beside my teaching platform, they seem to be more interested as there are cool topics to talk about. As of right now, they asked countless questions related to the garden tower such as what is this giant bright machine, what kind seeds, how long will it take to grow, why only three tomatoes on one side, why the unused holes are covered, where is water, etc.

  With the garden tower, I was also able to support my students in the classroom with real world applications. I am looking forward to developing a math project where they have to align the lesson they learned in algebra 1 with gardens. For example, my students are currently learning about linear equations. There are many ways to develop the graphs identifying the slope and intercepts that represent the garden growth, cost, demand, etc. I also love the idea of naturally encouraging healthy lifestyles through gardening in my classroom, and of course a "free" salad for lunch. I hope it will be a life-long learning for all of my students including myself. Once again, thank you for making a difference in my Deaf Education classroom. It is designed to organize my young students' cluttered minds and visualize what they need to complete along school wide news such as Deaf national basketball and wrestling tournament. With your amazing generous donation, I was able to enrich the visually learning environment with visually accessible whiteboards as I can see the huge shift in the learning dynamics and frustration level within my students. My students are able to keep track of what they need to do and prepare for upcoming tasks such as quiz or test. • Need More Power In Math Class

  With your generous donations, the wish became true with the purchase of Charging Dock Station. With these amazing charging stations, I was able to teach electronically without any interruptions. Digital instructions support my visual teaching lesson plans which enrich my students' academic performance. With the docking station, I was also able to support my students in the classroom and/or virtually. The stations made everything possible for all students digitally due to mathematics videos and breakdown instructions in notes included within the iPad. My students are more than thrilled to use the docking station to charge their iPad constantly at the same time charging their precious phones.

With these awesome expo markers, I was able to bring the engagement drive back alive within my students as they finally can write on their huge interactive whiteboard tables. Not only that, they are more exciting with the ability to use diversity colors to show specific steps in the mathematical equations. I can see the improvement in math comprehension within my students, like I mentioned, expo markers surely not only make learning more fun but an essential tool to improve their visual learning experiences as Deaf person. My students are more willing and exciting to show their works with options of different expo markers colors which impact their education positively.
