• A Groovy Fourth Grade Class

  This project has greatly brightened my students' learning experience. The speaker brings lessons to life with clear audio for storytelling, music, and multimedia, helping auditory learners and making abstract concepts easier to understand. The lights create a dynamic environment, with calming colors for reading time and energizing tones for group activities, fostering focus and creativity. Markers encourage hands-on learning, allowing students to express their ideas visually and collaborate more effectively. Fun prizes motivate students to participate, try their best, and celebrate their progress, boosting confidence and enthusiasm.

  The most exciting aspect for students has been the ability to interact with the lessons in new ways. For example, the speaker has been particularly beneficial for students with auditory processing challenges, while the markers have sparked creativity in students who thrive through visual expression. These tools have helped students feel more engaged, confident, and motivated to learn. One student who was previously shy now participates actively in group projects, showing how these resources have made a positive impact on their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.”

• 1st Grade Caterpillars Becoming 2nd Grade Butterflies!

• Beautiful Start for Beautiful First Graders!

  Imagine the first day I introduced the new classroom supplies, snacks, and toys. You organized a special "Learning Launch" where each student received a new book and a small snack. The excitement was palpable as they entered the room and saw the array of resources laid out for them.

  For the classroom project, I initiated a reading challenge where students could pick a book from the new collection, read it, and then share their thoughts with the class. The snacks were strategically provided to create a cozy reading nook, and it became a cherished routine for the students. This not only improved their reading skills but also created a positive association between learning and enjoyment.

  The students' reactions were overwhelmingly positive. Their faces lit up with excitement when they saw the new materials, and the joy continued as they delved into their new books and snacks. The class atmosphere became more vibrant, and the students eagerly participated in the reading challenge.

  As for the next steps, I plan to build on this positive momentum by integrating more interactive lessons that incorporate the new toys and snacks.”

• Calming Area

  Our calm corner has become a haven for our young learners to find solace during moments of overwhelm or frustration. Watching them take a deep breath, practice mindfulness, or squeeze stress balls has been heartwarming. The calm corner has not only improved emotional regulation but also reduced disruptions, fostering a more focused and harmonious learning environment.

  The calm corner has undoubtedly made a significant difference in our classroom culture. It has brought us closer, allowing for meaningful conversations about emotions and coping strategies. Our students know they are valued, supported, and cherished.”

• First Grade, First Year Teacher Dreams!

  My students love how our centers have upgraded with the new material and activities! They loved learning how to use the pristine lakeshore CVC and ELD centers. I can differentiate and support my early readers with more specific phonics instruction and my English language learners can have more visuals and hands-on material to support both vocabulary and word reading!

  When my students first saw their new material, they lit up with joy! The colorful new chairs for their groups make them SO excited to get to work at my small group table! Seeing the new material helped raise their engagement and I'm able to offer more stations to them.

  The next steps are to continue to invest in their material. I love how versatile they are as they continue to become stronger readers! As well as, use the TPT gift card for exciting new content and activities. They are becoming stronger readers and working towards fluency soon! Future goals are definitely getting them new whiteboards, (as theirs are 5-year-old hand-me-downs) and a more decodable library for fun reading!”
