• Phonics for All

  Phonic small group instruction has had a significant impact on helping my students improve their writing skills. By focusing on phonics, students have developed a stronger understanding of letter-sound relationships, which has enhanced their spelling accuracy. This foundational knowledge has made it easier for them to write words correctly and with greater confidence. Overall, the targeted instruction has led to noticeable improvements in their writing fluency and overall literacy skills.

• New School System

  Funded Aug 30, 2023

  The flexible seating for my students have made learning more engaging. During instruction, the students are able to get the floor desks, cushions, and white boards (or other supplies) and join me at my "Gathering Spot" on the rug.

  During independent reading time, they are able to enjoy a comfortable kid couch to lounge and read. The students were utterly amazed with the flexible seating offered to them during instruction.

  From my second graders to you, we say thanks for allowing us to have these resources. Your donation afforded us this leisure.”
