• Help Us Read Books as a Class!

  Our students loved these books! The ability to read together and engage in the text as a class was so rewarding and fun. The students were able to do character studies, compare novels to adaptations, and even participate in a mock trial utilizing the text. Students were engaged and had questions which demonstrated the critical thinking skills we always hope they develop when reading in class.

• Loving Literacy (Outsiders Edition!)

  This project has changed the way I am able to teach literature. In a larger class, everytime I wanted to dig deeper into a book, I found I did not have enough for all of my students. It was discouraging and when students would ask for more or if they could choose one of the long read options from the curriculum, I would have to say no since I did not have access to them.

  With this, I can provide students with access to an interesting and curriculum-aligned text that we can sit with and enjoy for much longer, allowing for deeper discussions and connections. Your donation has helped our class read together and enjoy what they are reading. Thank you very much for your help in bringing this project to life!!”

• Supplies to Start 8th Grade!

  Thank you so much for your support of our classroom. As our room grows and students come in from various situations and homes, I wanted to create a space which would put students at ease. In this safe and comfortable place I want students to be able to relax and learn without stressing about having enough supplies to engage in learning together. These work binders are used to house worksheets, important documents for students and for students to organize their ideas!! This has been a game changer in this classroom and my students truly appreciate them!!! Thank you SO much for your support in the classroom. • Chairs for Flexible Seating

  Thank you so much for your support of our classroom. As our room grows and students come in from various situations and homes, I wanted to create a space which felt safe and welcoming. In this safe and comfortable place I want students to be able to relax and learn. Chairs we currently have are made as a one-size fits all and we take what we can get our hands on, this can be chairs made for smaller children or chairs with a funny leg. Tall students are sitting in chairs for smaller children and with these chairs, students can adjust and make it fit them comfortably. Students now have enough to choose and have options, not fighting over who gets the comfy chairs.
