Thank you for your generous donations to my classroom. Everything donated will bring new and exciting activities to our classroom. By using the various books and toys in my donation list it will help the students have more tactile and visual understanding of our new units of study. Through your gracious help my students will see the world around them as a place where they can make a change. Thank you again for donating and supporting my student's academic growth.”

When my students saw all the variety of snacks they were excited. Snack time is when we talk about what we learned today over a healthy treat. We also talk about the snacks and what we see and taste. When I am able to give out snacks it gives the students a little extra food/meal before dinner to hold them over. It also brings a smile upon my student's face to maybe get a treat that they may not be able to get at home.
The extra clothing has helped my students to grow in independence. They know accidents will happen and they feel safe knowing that they can change themselves into new clean clothes. Independence for a child at times is knowing that you can make a mistake and move on from it. It is an important life lesson at any age though. Thank you again for the impact you have made in my classroom.”

Thank you for making a difference for my students. Your donation has allowed me to help my students to transition into the school year smoothly. They are able to use the donations to build their growing small motor skills. Each student has their own tools to work with. The speaking toys were for select students to help with speech and language skills. Each student enjoyed using the speaking toy repeating the words and making connections with the lessons taught. I find that all my students learn more and faster when they learn through play. Thank you again.”
Thank you for your donations. With the resources acquired, my students were able to express themselves in different postive ways. The magnetic letters were used to make words and expand on their letter knowledge. The different emotional tools were used in our cozy corner to help the students express themelves. They were also used to help the students calm themselves when they were feeling overwhelmed, sad, fustrated or mad.
The students were very excited to use the tools in the cozy area. I saw students who had difficulty using their words still be able to express themselves but in a more positive way. Thank you again for the impact you made on my students.”

Through your donations my students learned independence and pride. They are the youngest in the building and sometimes accidents happen. With your donations, the students could change themselves with confidence. Because of the pull-ups, the students felt the confidence to try to use the bathroom on their own without the fear of embarrassment of accidents. Every child toilet trains in their own time.
By receiving clothes, when students had accidents they were able to change into new clothes without drawing attention to themselves. We are a uniform school so the new clothes were a part of the uniform. Thank you again for your donations.”
