• Writing Journals Extravaganza

  My students were so excited to receive their writing supplies from this package. The notebooks are so colorful and to have all they need at their fingertips to complete their writing has helped to keep them engaged in doing so.

  We are so very appreciative of your generous donations and support that made this possible. Without your help, it would be difficult to attain these materials. It makes such a huge difference in our day-to-day learning. I remind the students that we have special friends who help us receive our supplies and we should always be thankful for that!”

• Operation Organization!!

  The binders and folders we received for operation organization has been so helpful in our classroom. With our new curriculum, the subjects are color-coded. Having the green, red and blue folders has given us the opportunity to separate our foundational skills work, reading and responding assignments and spelling/writing work in our binders. It makes it so easy to look for what we need and to stay organized.

  All of this wouldn't be possible without the generosity and kindness of the donors. It really makes a huge difference in our classrooms day-to-day. It also helps to motivate and encourage the students to work harder towards their goals and feel the accomplishment of reaching them. We appreciate that tremendously!!

• Growing Minds and Growing Plants!

  This was a project that my English Language Learners had so much fun with. At the same time, they learned many new things. For most of them it was the first time they planted seeds and grew a plant!

  My students were also able to develop their speaking and writing skills further by explaining how a plant grows in sequence steps. From beginning to end, students explained to their partners how to grow a plant. They also wrote sentences and drew pictures for each step.

  When the school year came to a close, the students were extremely excited to take their plants home and continue caring for them.”

• Wet Erase Wordbuilding Fun!

  We are so grateful for your thoughtfulness and support. Having these wet-erase mats and all the materials to use with them has made our word-building activities so much more accessible.

  The students love writing the letters and words as we are sounding them out and reading them. Having the mats to erase letters and make new words so quickly helps them so much and is very effective when learning how to read.

• Bring on the Learning Fun!

  My students and I have been enjoying our choice of so many different options to choose from on the Teacher Pay Teacher site. Not all students learn or are engaged the same way. This helps promote learning for so many learning styles.

  The students also have so much fun working together. They practice taking turns during the learning games, and help each other when one gets stuck. They can't wait to get started on the options I have provided them with so far from the TPT site.

• Reading Center Materials Storage!

  Thanks to all your help, my ELL students have access to as many books as they need to help them become proficient readers. It's always hard to find the space and shelves to store all of the books a classroom needs. This shelves has wheels, so I can move it around as needed. Plus it has five, roomy shelves to fit multiple baskets of books. It has been so helpful towards our reading efforts. The students also thoroughly enjoyed helping me build it!! Thanks again for a wonderful resource to have in our classroom for many years to come!”

• Reading Readiness for English Language Learners!

  All of the materials that were purchased have been put to good use since the day they were delivered. My 2nd-5th grade ESL students have been reaping the benefits of learning English by having access to these wonderful word-building materials. This enables them to become more proficient in decoding sounds into words and improving their reading fluency. They have so much fun using these and appreciate that donors made this possible. Thank you all so much for contributing to the learning of the students in my classroom at Arsenal Elementary!”
