  • Hands-on Science

    Funded Aug 24, 2022

    Thank you so much for your kindness in supporting the students in my classroom this year with hand-on science supplies. The students have enjoyed being able to perform experiments and explore their environment with these supplies.

    The microscope has inspired all of the students to look more closely at things around them and wonder about the tiny details that make up objects. The magnifying glasses have been used daily in exploring objects that the students are under to place under the microscope due to size study details. Their curiosity has soared!

    The students have learned to collect data through experiments and using the science books in this project. It was amazing to see their interest in space, botany and geology grow. Simple machine is our current classroom exploration. The students love being able to construct the simple machine we talk about with the knex building kit for levers and pulleys.”
