Materials Needed to Help Bring Creativity and Equity to Learning

Thank you again for helping me provide my students with the resources and materials they need to succeed. The washable markers helped my students demonstrate their learning throughout our courage PBL, our science PBL on Light and Vision, and during our various health units. My students enjoyed expressing their creativity with posters of diagrams and art while using the markers that were donated by you. The Spanish copies Esperanza Rising were utilized and greatly appreciated by my newcomers, who because of you, were able to have a deeper connection with culturally relevant literature. I vividly recall the smiles on my newcomers' faces when I handed them our core literature book in Spanish. They were able to access our class discussions and written assignments because they had better understanding of what we were reading. Our next steps are to utilize our math operation flash cards by the end of the year to help close any foundational gaps. Your support has had a substantial impact in our classroom.”
