  • Colorful Classroom

    This donors choose had a lot of different resources to promote a healthy and engaging classroom environment. For examples, anchor charts, posters, treasure box prizes, plug ins, etc. Students are able to rely and use posters to help during everyday instruction.

    Students are really enjoying the prizes in our treasure box! Students receive punches using punch cards and once its all full they get to pick a prize from the treasure box. Some of those same prizes are used in our calm down corner as well to help with sensory.”

  • Scaffolding Down for Guided Reading

    The guided reading books have tremendously helped my students who are struggling to read below grade level. It gives me a chance as a teacher to meet them where they are by bridging the gap. I'm thankful that you all were able to provide resources for my students to grow as readers.

    Using these new guided reading book students have been exposed to reach literature and have been able to practice comprehension skills using text that they are able to read. Students have been able to build their confidence by reading books on their levels while transitioning to be independent learned in the 3rd grade.
