Our students have many opportunity to grow a love for books within our pre K classroom. With the new donation of books we are able to fill our library center with new books to meet our students needs. These books include bilingual books and picture-rich books. Another area of choice reading with these books has been during our "carpet reading time". Students have a choice of book to sit quietly with, while transitioning.
Throughout the year I have had many students searching for a book that meets their needs and with our recent donation our English Language Learners have been able to find representation within our classroom books. Thank you for creating a welcoming and reading friendly environment for all.”

Thank you for adding such a wonderful and exciting new learning element to our classroom. The train station has become a classroom favorite when children are given their choice during play time. During their time in the train station they are able to build, create, and use their imagination. This train station materials allow students to mold their own designs and play alongside of their peers.
When these materials were first introduced it was a day of questions, excitement, and imagination. When adding new materials students often get excited, however the train station has maintained the same excitement, from the students, day after day. Our classroom is a diverse group of students from low income homes. These materials are some of the children's first time playing with trains and we all truly appreciate your donations making this amazing experience happen.”

Thank you for providing our classroom with these wonderful materials. Students have been able to engage with others while building creations. This has been great for fine motor skills and thinking outside the box. Students are giving individual bins during their small group learning to work independently.
Your donations are always appreciated and put to great use. With students between the ages of three and five, we have been able to explore both big and small Lego projects. This has been a desirable activity for most and a great collaboration activity.”
Thank you for your support within our PreK classroom. Your donations are used without our daily centers and are appreciated deeply by each student. We were able to enjoy an unwrapping party of our new classroom items, and have put them to use while learning within our gardening/insect units. With your donations students are able to explore using toys and other learning tools.
It is because of donors like you that we are able to provide our classroom with new and exciting things. Thank you for all you do on Donors Choose. Your generosity is truly recognized.”

Thank you for adding such an amazing gift to our classroom. These baby dolls will be a wonderful new addition to our "housekeeping" center. This is a center where children can play house by cooking, cleaning, relaxing on the chairs, and now taking care of babies. These babies have been used as learning opportunities and also as calming tools during nap time.
We are very appreciative of this generous donation to our classroom. Having new/functions tools are an important part of growth and learning within the PreK classroom. Thank you for all you do and for giving our students these baby dolls.”
Thank you for all the donations to our classroom. With these donated journaling materials, students are able to have more freedom to express themselves through writing and drawing. Students within the Kindergarten classroom are still learning many areas of writing. They are able to use their journaling materials to work on the formation of letters, forming sentences, and drawing out pictures that are associated to their writing.
Thank you for your generous donation to our classroom. You make learning possible for the many students who are unable to afford materials needed daily within the classroom.”
