Dry Erase Clipboards!

My students were so excited when they saw the dry erase clipboards and markers. Having everything in one place is making it so much easier for students to carry around the room without forgetting their paper, marker or eraser. Everything is attached to the clipboard! This definitely helps students who struggle with organization and having to carry more than one school item to the floor space.

We use these clipboards daily in math. Students attach their homework page to the clipboard and meet on the floor in a circle where we grade. They use the whiteboard to work out problems they missed or to help another student that might have solved a problem incorrectly. Before students head back to their seats, I give them a math problem to answer as an exit ticket. They solve it, hold up their boards for me to check and head back to their seats. Nothing is dropped while heading back to their seats:)

This routine has given me more time to teach math and keeps my students organized.”
